Wait dont format your pc.
Save your time by only do this.
1.click start and open RUN.
2.copy the following code in blue color and paste it in RUN and hit 'enter'
REG add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System /v DisableTaskMgr /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
3.Thats it you get ur task manager back....
