Enable back command prompt that has been disabled by virus

Lot of virus nowadays 
 disable lot of windows applications 
   such as command prompt, registry editor, task manager and others.


If u struck with  "The command prompt has been disabled by your administrator"


then


1.click start and open RUN.


2.copy the following code in blue color and paste it in RUN and hit 'enter'

REG add HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\System /v DisableCMD /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f
